Sounds to me like the upswings/downswings in your weight are being triggered by dehydration and bloating.Some unsolicited advice? Chart a course, and stick to it. By hydrating and dehydrating your body and crash dieting you're destroying the connective tissues which bind fat, muscle and water. Destruction of these tissues leads to cellulite and poor body shape. Take this advice from a thirty-something year old woman who has struggled with her weight for twenty years.
