go out and have a jog or run. you will be burning fat and breathing in some fresh air. that should make you feel better [=
From the dates on your posts, (and correct me if I am wrong) you have lost three pounds in 1 week. Right? That is AMAZING! Good job!! The comment above mine offers some great advice so I totally agree with her. I hope you are feeling better - don't let things get you down, you are doing wonderful.
